 Editors Live in Glasgow. Ein Bericht von Junior Soprano. I've seen Editors once again... that was my 4th time in less than 2 years and the effect on me was exactly the same as the previous 3 times. As a fan of everything sounding 80s I admit I loved Editors when The Back Room came out, that was an album I couldnt stop listening to, every song was perfect, they had that new wave kinda vibe I always adored. I remember getting mental the first time I saw them at the Barrowland and dancing and singing like a madman at T in The Park last year (that was my highlight of the festival together with Sigur Ros... but thats another thing).When the second album came out few months ago I found myself a little bit disappointed, just because it sounded more or less like their first one. Now I love it, because I heard it live and It really started growing on me.  Live they are incredible, they are perfect, sometimes too perfect, Tom seems to be possessed and gives the best he can. Their last sold out gig at the Academy was a triumph, from the first notes of the opening An End Has A Start to the grand finale with Fingers (still their best song in my opinion).
